"I completed a 17-week internship at Edubest Plantation Holdings, where I primarily worked in the laboratory and gained hands-on experience in plant tissue culture, media preparation, surface sterilization, subculturing, and general lab procedures. The working environment was highly positive and enjoyable, with friendly and supportive staff who were always willing to guide and assist interns. During this internship, I not only learned the technical aspects of lab work but also gained insight into lab management. Most importantly, I progressed from having little prior experience to confidently handling a variety of tasks and procedures independently. Overall, this internship was an engaging, valuable, and unforgettable experience. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to have such an experience. "

"At Edubest Plantation Holdings' Tissue Culture Lab, I honed my technical skills in terms of culturing plants and working in the laminar flow hood culturing seeds. Assisting with the research and development process of culturing native tree species, I have deepened my experience in the methods of plant propagation, handling plant growth media and overall production scheduling. The internship here has been fruitful and gave me much insight into the industry and the support offered by the company made this period go smoothly as well. Under the guidance of seniors and fellow coworkers, I have received much from this internship."
